Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process in a professional and friendly manner.

• Receive devices and prepare them for inspection, diagnosis, and repair.

• Diagnose device malfunctions, identify root causes, and determine the required repair solutions.

• Perform repairs on a variety of electronic devices in accordance with company standards and technical procedures.

• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and minimize repeat issues.

• Meet repair turnaround times and support the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized technical workspace.

• Follow all operational procedures, technical guidelines, and company policies.

• Support daily technical operations to ensure efficiency, speed, and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Technical education or a relevant technical background is preferred.
